We are happy to partner with other communities who want to livestream and archive their event (subject to our availabilities).

Important Notes

• We are a hobby group providing this service for free - we do not accept payment for livestreaming or recording.
• This is a best-effort service, not a professional one. There may be technical issues or mistakes during recording.
• We can only handle single-track events due to equipment limitations, unless organizers can provide additional equipment (cameras, laptops, audio interfaces, cables, etc.).

   • Option 1: We process and publish to our YouTube channel
     • Video editing and slicing
     • Adding captions, thumbnails, and subtitles
     • Publishing to our channel with thousands of subscribers
   • Option 2: You receive the raw footage
     • You handle all processing and publishing
     • You can publish to your own channel
