Internet

• The venue might not provide a Wi-Fi signal with internet, in which case, we need to use mobile internet.
  • AIS mobile network has stronger signal than Dtac inside the building.

1st Floor

Video

• The venue uses a standard 16:9 projector.
• HDMI input is available at the front of the room.
• Before the event starts, make sure the HDMI cable is fully inserted.
  • If the HDMI connection is secure but audio pops or intermittent audio issues occur, replace the HDMI cable with one from your own equipment.

Audio

• Each split room is equipped with a Yamaha MG12XU mixer located at the back of the room (back-left or back-right).
  • These mixers are used when the main hall is divided into two smaller rooms.
• The main hall audio is mixed through a Yamaha MG20XU mixer located near the rear side entrance, next to the window.
• For recording or livestreaming, always take the audio feed from the main Yamaha MG20XU mixer whenever possible.
  • Avoid taking the feed from a Yamaha MG12XU, as it only carries the audio for its individual split room and may not include all program sources.

CI / Background

• Standard 16:9 presentation slides are recommended.

3rd Floor

Video

• HDMI input at the left side of the stage and at the back of the control room.
• The stage has an LED screen.
  • The screen is very bright, so dark-themed presentations are recommended.
    • If speaker’s video signal is processed through OBS, we can apply a filter to decrease the brightness.
  • The screen has a 21:9 aspect ratio. A 16:9 video signal will be stretched.
    • If speaker’s video signal is processed through OBS, we can stretch the video to 1463 × 1080 to cancel out the stretching.
• When using OBS, keep the output resolution at 1920 × 1080, as the venue's video system accepts a maximum input resolution of 1920 × 1080.

Audio

• A Yamaha QL5 mixer is provided by the venue.
• XLR output from the venue’s mixer is available at the left of the stage and at the back of the control room. Livestreaming crew can use that signal for live streaming.
• Wireless microphones are provided by the venue.
  • Each microphone requires 2 AA batteries, which typically last for 2–3 hours.
  • Organizers should prepare spare batteries.

CI / Background

• The recommended background resolution for the LED screen is 2400 × 1332 pixels.
• Design elements (such as the event logo, sponsor logos, speaker names, and decorative graphics) should be provided as separate layers/assets, rather than a single flattened image. This allows last-minute adjustments and flexible layouts if needed.
